Where do you ship from?
Primarily, we ship from the United States (CT, NJ, FL) - Western Europe with some specific products. If the item you've purchased is out of inventory in your nearest location, we'll send it directly from our production lines at the same delivery times as stated in our shipping section. ( Website will mention the livestock). Our products are efficiently packaged by our expert handling team to ensure they arrive in perfect condition regardless of how far they go.
Where is my order?
For USA Orders: When you order with Besafe1st™, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, which you can use to find out the status of your shipment.
For International Orders: You may or may not receive tracking numbers, depending on the delivery method selected.
How is my shipping cost calculated?
We offer a standard priority mail cost to save. Our shipping rates are based on the calculated weight of your order. Please note we do not make any money from the shipping charges on your order. Our phone operators are not able to waive shipping fees.

How do I view my past orders?

What happens if I have an item that is on backorder?
On the rare occasion that an item is not in stock, we will notify you via email right away. Your in-stock items will ship immediately, while back-ordered items will ship as soon as they are available. But our website is always updated with livestock -- at no additional cost to you.
